I built this shop air cleaner using a blower fan from an old HVAC unit. The cabinet is built out of MDF and it uses a 24×24 filter. The fan is strong enough that it can catch mosquitoes on the filter and I think it can turn all the air in my shop perhaps 10 or 20 times per hour. It does wonders when I’m making sawdust.
