David’s cousin Emily (Sue’s brother Jim’s daughter) was shocked and elated when her long-time beau Lance asked her to be his wife. She said yes and they’re anxiously awaiting their forthcoming wedding next summer!

Meanwhile, David’s 2nd cousin Taylor (Sue’s cousin Doug’s son) and his charming wife Alice welcomed their son Oliver Rentz into the world on 8\/14! Madeline is no longer the only great-grandchild of the Simpson clan!
